We are looking for a Senior WordPress / Webflow / Framer Developer who can build high-quality, performance-optimized websites while maintaining strong attention to usability and design detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites and themes
- Build responsive websites using Webflow, Framer etc.
- Convert Figma / Adobe XD / design prototypes into fully functional websites
- Experience with Elementor or Gutenberg block development
- Create custom WordPress plugins and functionalities
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and page speed
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and marketing platforms
- Implement animations and interactive UI elements
- Work closely with UX designers and frontend developers
- Maintain website security and implement best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug website issues
- Manage website deployments and hosting environments
Required Skills
- Strong experience with WordPress development
- Experience building websites with Webflow, Framer, WIX etc.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with PHP and WordPress theme development
- Strong knowledge of WordPress plugin customization
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Knowledge of page speed optimization techniques
- Experience with Git version control
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and tools
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of React or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Next.js or headless CMS architecture
- Familiarity with Web animations (Lottie animation / GSAP / CSS animations)
- Experience working with hosting platforms like Vercel, AWS, or Cloud hosting
- Understanding of UX design principles
