Usability Designs is a fast-growing IT company that specializes in web design, development, mobile apps, and web applications. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in IT services sales who can generate qualified leads, conduct outreach campaigns, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
This role focuses on outbound lead generation and client acquisition for web, mobile, UX, and AI development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in cold email outreach campaigns
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to build targeted lead lists
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Experience managing a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Ability to qualify leads before scheduling meetings
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT services sales / software sales / web development agency sales
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation and client acquisition
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Middle East) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain services clearly
